Who works on my project?
Christian Sotelo, founder of Sotrian, leads every project and is your direct contact from start to finish. Depending on scope, trusted developers join the work; he directs them and reviews their work before every delivery.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope: how many flows, integrations and users it has. We work with a fixed price per stage: after discovery we agree on the scope and price of each delivery, and you pay per milestone met, not per hour.
How do we get started?
With discovery: we understand the problem and what "solved" means to you. You can build your brief on this page and send it on WhatsApp; we reply with next steps.
What happens after delivery?
Every delivery comes with a 90-day warranty: if a bug shows up in what we built, we fix it at no cost. After that you can sign up for an optional monthly maintenance and improvements plan.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices.
Do you work with companies outside Peru?
Yes. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, with weekly meetings and deliveries.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose based on the problem. We work with TypeScript, React, Astro, Node.js, Go, Python and PostgreSQL, and deploy to the cloud or your own servers.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. The code, repositories and infrastructure accounts are in your name from day one, with documentation so any team can carry on.
